All items are sold subject to availability. Although we strive at “Route66togo” to ensure that all items remain in stock, some items may be temporarily unavailable. If, for any reason we are unable to fill your order you will be contacted by e-mail.
Shipping Information
Overweight and oversize items may have extra shipping charges.
“Route66togo” ships to the 48 contiguous states using UPS ground, although we may use another carrier from time-to-time. Because UPS does not deliver to post office boxes, please have a street address available for shipping. The shipping rates apply only to the 48 contiguous states. Please allow an average of three to five business days for delivery of your “Route66togo” order. Most orders ship within one business day, with many items shipping the same day if ordered by 2:00 P.M. CST Tuesday through Friday. Orders placed Saturday through Monday will be processed the following Tuesday. During the holidays, orders processing times may increase.
Please confirm shipping addresses as UPS charges a fee of $5.00 per package that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If we have made an error, we will pay this fee. If you have provided incorrect or incomplete address information, this fee will be passed on to you. So, please double-check address information during the ordering process and check-out.
Returns
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason simply return it within 14 days. Because another Route 66 Harley-Davidson enthusiast will give your return a loving home, original tags must still be on the merchandise and it must be in new condition. If the return is due to a mistake that we’ve made (yes, we are human), we will pay for the return shipping and refund the original shipping costs. If the return is not due to our mistake, we will refund the cost of the item, but not the original shipping costs, when we receive your return. Unfortunately, we cannot pay for return shipping if the return is not due to our error. The credit card used for your purchase will be credited when your return is received.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged on instate orders if required by law.
Orders from Oklahoma residents will have sales tax added to the purchase price.

Backordered Items
Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: We will notify you via email and give you a cancellation option.
Filling backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.
